We know how important friends can be…

Friends are awesome. But sometimes they make us worried and its hard to know what to say or do... You can learn to be a better mate by looking out and supporting those around you.

But its’ equally important to look after your own wellbeing.

Today we are going to learn about some common challenges to wellbeing. You will gain an understanding of mental health issues and how to support someone if they are worrying you. After we cover the basics you will be asked to download the Mind your Mate app. Please navigate through the following topics in order of 1 to 3, then head to the app store in section 3!
